  4. Success in running requires control over your mind and body and the ability for them to work together.
  5. Positive thinking is essential in every sport, especially running.
  6. Pave your own path.
  7. Don't be a follower, be a leader. 
  8. ADD/ADHD causes loss of focus during a boring situation, it causes hyper-focus in interesting situations.
  9. ADHD is not a disorder, it is a difference in cognition.
